The Hazel Land
Companies' residential development experience is deep and
varied. We have developed over 5,000 homesites as service
to other homebuilders, and have designed and constructed over
1,500 single and multi-family homes for the full range of

Adult Communities, designed to uniquely satisfy the lifestyle
demands of this increasingly important segment of the homebuyer
market. Our planning in these communities begins, of course, with
the homes, and in the National Capital area, we have become leaders in the
design of single-story villa style homes. As aptly described in
our advertising, the convenient, specialized floorplans of these homes
are "Care-free, Stair-free, Maintenance-free and Fun-filled."
